Illinois - Spring Session Enrollment Form

Please submit your application. If you are applying for advanced, you will be emailed to let you know if you have been accepted.
Payments can be made at first practice.

Session Dates: March 27th - June 29th

Practice Schedule: ****The scheduled has changed****
Advanced: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:30-8:00 pm.
Intermediate: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 5 - 6:30 pm
We will not have a Beginner or Little Ninja's group. Instead, we will roll everyone into the intermediate group. If you a a beginner and just trying wrestling, this program may not be for you.

ALL KIDS MUST SHOW PROOF OF USA WRESTLING CARD TO PRACTICE.

Cost
Advanced - $550 for full session or $200 monthly
Intermediate - $350 for full session or $125 monthly

Location: Our first two weeks of practice will be at: Lockport High School, East Campus - 1333 E 7th St. Lockport, IL. Enter Door 1 CWC entrance.
Then at the R13 Ranch: 16935 W Bruce Road Lockport, IL
