Footwork video 

The Home Footwork Video provides various wrestling footwork drills that athletes can perform in their own living rooms with a simple marked cross on the carpet or small mat. It is also great for athletes with upper body injuries as it provides them a chance to continue to progress and get better. Footwork is a key element in becoming great in our sport. It provides us scoring opportunities by creating angles as well keeps us in great position to defend and create re-attacks.
