Little Ninja's Class ($125 Month/3 practices a week or $20 drop-in fee)
We are extremely excited to announce our new Youth Coach, Coach Chris Wilmington! Chris brings an extensive resume with him, as he is one of the best coaches in the state of Florida!
Our Little Ninjas/Youth program is designed to get young athletes to find the love for the sport. We accomplish this with engraining wrestling movement, technique, and wrestling specific combat games. In order to accomplish big things in this sport you must first find a love for it. 

Monday: 5:00-6:30pm
Tuesday: 5:00-6:30pm
​Thursday: 5:00-6:30pm

Advanced Membership ($200 Month/5 practices a week or $20 Drop-in fee)
The advanced practice is set up to train our athletes to compete at a national level. We accomplish this by hard drilling, sparing, technique, live wrestling match strategy, goal setting, and mental toughness. We have a science behind our training that will peak your son or daughter for big tournaments.  
Freestyle/Greco Practices until after Fargo July 18th
Monday-Thursday: 6:30-8pm
Friday: OFF
Saturday: Be on the look out for camps, clinics, and tournament dates (Extra charge)
Sunday: 11-12:30pm 

Private Training ($75 per hour)

Our private training a more one on one type training with specific goals in mind. Our coaching staff knows that not all wrestlers are built alike and have different skills. We design our personal training sessions to fit your son or daughter and work on areas specific to their wrestling.

Adult Wrestling Practice ($20 per practice)

Former wrestlers, grapplers, MMA fighters, or jiu jitsu practitioners are welcome to join our Advanced classes. Just know the main focus is on the athletes in the room. Stay on task with the objective, coaching direction, and technique in the room. It gets hot and we work hard!! Be able to keep up!!
