This remarkable mat is the perfect fit for our space and offers incredible benefits for our academy and all our members. Here's why it's so important: 🤼♂️ **Designated Practice Circles**: The Resilite Classic mat will provide clearly marked practice circles, ensuring that our Little Ninjas and athletes of all ages have a designated space for their training. This will greatly contribute to more organized practices and help our athletes stay focused. 🎯 **Enhanced Training and Games**: With the Resilite Classic mat in place, we'll have the perfect setup for various training activities and games. This means more engaging and effective training sessions for everyone, promoting skill development and teamwork. Each practice circle will be equipped with four boxes. Which is crucial for our footwork training that we would like to incorporate in our training sessions at every level. 🦵 **Injury Prevention**: The Resilite Classic mat is known for being heavier and provides superior protection for athletes' knees and joints. Providing our athletes with designated practice training areas will ensure groups will not unintentionally run into each other, also preventing injury. The Home Footwork Video provides various wrestling footwork drills that athletes can perform in their own living rooms with a simple marked cross on the carpet or small mat. It is also great for athletes with upper body injuries as it provides them a chance to continue to progress and get better. Footwork is a key element in becoming great in our sport. It provides us scoring opportunities by creating angles as well keeps us in great position to defend and create re-attacks.
